Returns & Exchanges

General Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in new, unused condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery at returns@horsesaddleseeker.com with photos of the item and packaging.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and assist with a replacement or claim as needed.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the size and nature of our products, returns are limited to items that arrive damaged or defective.

Return eligibility and conditions may vary slightly by manufacturer. Items must be unused and in original packaging to be considered.

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, a $20 administrative fee may apply.

If an order has already shipped, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refused or Returned Shipments:

Orders that are refused or returned may be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees.
